To help youth athletes maximize their physical abilities to compete at a high level.  NLYT will apply a mulit-faceted methodology that is known to get results on the field, track, court or mat of play.  By providing our youth athletes with the tools they  need to perform at their greatest potential through resistance and plyometric training, they will excel in their sport.  NLTY goal is to help the athlete maximize athletic potential through Speed Development, Sport Specific Strength and Core Strength Training.
